How://
To submit your work to Magnus simply email work to submit@magnusmag.com

Represent://
Please name your files with the name of the piece and attach to the email. We recommend submitting work which will represent you in the way which you would like to be represented, so that any interested parties may judge you on the style which you wish to use.

Rules://
All work submitted to Magnus is subject to the submission agreement, which you can view here. For technical specifications for submissions please go here.

Who://
Magnus is an invite only multimedia creative showcase. We do however accept submissions for consideration, so if you would like to be part of our community then please send your work using the link at the bottom of this page. We are an online gallery for students and graduates, but would consider graduates of all ages, and students from the school of life.

Names://
When emailing in work please write within the email a list of the names of the work being submitted as well as the name which you would like to submit under.

What://
For each piece please indicate the type of work being submitted by putting one of these six words in brackets next to the work names in your email:

*Image - This is for pieces where the image supplied is the art

*Writing - This for pieces made up of writing - includes comics

*Sound - This is for any sort of sound file that is supplied

*Film - This is for any pieces where the video element is most important - includes music videos

*3D - This is for any pieces which the piece has just been captured in a photo. This does not include paintings which have been photographed, unless the 3D nature of the picture is important

*Interactive - This is for any piece in which the user must interact - includes website design

Multiple://
Each piece may be made up of as many files as necessary (i.e. if a piece of work is made up of 3 photos, they may be displayed and count as one piece of work).
If there are multiple files for one piece, then please label them with the file name and then the order you would like them to appear in - e.g. work1.jpg would be the first image to be shown for the piece 'work'.

Describe://
For each piece that you submit you may also attach a description of the work. The descriptive piece may be of any length but we recommend no more than 600 words. If you wish to include a description of the work, write it in the email under the heading of the file which it relates to.

Size://
If the files are too large to email, please contact magnusmagazine@gmail.com and we will try to come to some arrangement.

Profile://
Once you have submitted work to Magnus you may want to consider filling in our profile questionnaire. You may answer as many or as few questions as you like in as little or as much detail as you wish. We highly recommend at least filling in your email and website addresses so that any interested parties may contact you. You may submit a profile to Magnus without having submitted any work if you wish. Please find the profile questionnaire here, and please email it to submit@magnusmagazine.co.uk with the subject line saying Profile.
