What successes have you had so far? Published in several books and magazines. Art Direction of national commercial film for Disney World. Published photographer. Work with Folk Singer Glenn Yarbrough. Managing editor for Florida based, Caribe News and Reviews, magazine.
What was the first creative thing that you ever did? Paint a picture of a sailing ship in 8th grade.
Has anyone taught you how to use your talent better? Yes. Critique groups and art instructors.
What makes you creative? Good music, stress and peace. Make sense?
How did you get started? I don’t remember. Too long ago.
What inspires you? News of the strange, other people with history, current events, dreams (80 percent of the time), and strange thoughts I often attribute to drugs of the 60's.
Who inspires you? Everyone.
What are you trying to achieve? A good story, a good painting and creative photographs. Self satisfaction.
Do you collaborate? Sometimes.
Ignoring money and all of life’s woes, what would you want to be? A good writer acknowledged for captivating stories, a creative painter/photographer recognized for innovative works.

What’s the most amazing thing you’ve ever seen / heard / experienced? My days travelling by sail from and throughout the Caribbean. My nine years living in the islands among thieves, drug smugglers, treasure hunters, pirates and soldiers of fortune.
What do you consider to be the most important thing in life? Living it.
Who/what is your nemesis and why? Organization. I am unable to put everything in neat piles in select places where they can easily be retrieved. My cat helps with me with my disorganization.
Artist Statement: I have lived my life with adrenaline pumping moments that resulted in the experiences that form the basis for what I am and the inspiration for the stories I write.
